Why don't I see the course videos?
If course videos show up as a black box, there are a few things that you can try:
In Internet Explorer, go to "Internet Options > Advanced tab > Accelerated Graphics" and check "Use software rendering instead of GPU". You must then reboot your computer.
In Chrome, type "Chrome://flags" in the URL box. Find the "Disable hardware-accelerated video decode" option, and then click the "Enable" button so that it changes to "Disable."
If neither of these options work, it is possible that your network administrator or ISP is blocking Vimeo videos. You can test this by going to https://vimeo.com/81946924. If the video does not play then you will want to contact your network administrator or ISP to have them allow Vimeo, or you will need to take the training from another location.
